Professional assessment and treatment of wounds, pressure injuries, and post-surgical care.
Medication Management
Safe administration and management of medications, including complex medication regimes.
Complex Health Support
Support for participants with complex health needs including PEG feeding, catheter care, and tracheostomy management.

Who Can Access These Services?
These services are available to NDIS participants who have funding for Support Work (Core Supports) or Nursing (Capacity Building or Core Supports) in their NDIS plan. Not sure what's in your plan?
